All time researcher how to develop our being in a holistic way.
My training as a dancer includes improvisation,classical dance, aikido, yoga, butoh and contemporary dance. I investigate contact improvisation as a language and a form of expression that includes many tendencies I love.
I studied color therapy, macrobiotic kitchen, raw food and dissociated diet.

Nutrition is an important part of our instrument due to work properly.
I designed a menu to provide nutrition and simplicity in every meal: everyday a different color. A trip of foods consciously combined and naturally prepared joins the journeys experience.
Make our bodies well-nourished, strong, lightweight, creatives and with a clear mind is my main objective.
I wish to find together a way of life we make each day happier.
