Morning Practice

Breathe in, breathe out, and let the day start !

By noticing the breath we become aware of the movement that is always taking place in the Body. Bringing the breath to the foreground of our Attention, we will move into a morning Yoga practice preparing the Body to bend, twist, balance, expand and transform. Previous experience in Yoga is welcome but not required.
